Santé skincare is 100% reusable for up to three years, unlike disposable wipes or traditional liquid + soap cleansers. When you start to notice the fibres thinning out in spots or clumping it’s time to replace your products.

Simply wet your Santé fibre with water and squeeze out any excess. Cleanse your skin using a soft circular motion. Rinse the fibre (add a little hand-soap if necessary), pop in the Santé Laundry Bag to wash.

Makeup Removers
Use: one disc per day for removal of makeup + sun cream

Face Cleanser + Face Towel
Use: daily cleansing of the face + neck, then softly drying skin

Body Cleanser
Use: soft side, daily body cleansing/logo side, twice weekly exfoliation

Men’s Cleansing Duo
Use: soft side, daily skin preparation for a seamless shave/logo side, twice weekly exfoliation

Exfoliators
Use: 1-2 times weekly

When you receive your order, machine wash your Santé fibres before first use. This removes any remaining production residue (lint, fluff) and helps to unlock the fibres full cleansing capacity.

With regular use, Santé fibres like to be washed weekly in a Santé Laundry Bag at 40-60°C, using an environmentally-friendly detergent and left to air dry. They do not like fabric softener as it can coat the fibres + reduce their effectiveness or tumble drying.

Tip: Rinse Face Cleanser/Body Cleanser under hot water after each use and hang on Santé Hook to dry, ready for the next day – wash weekly.

Tip: Hand wash Makeup Removers after use, pop in a Santé Laundry Bag ready for weekly wash, use a fresh disc each day.

Avoid leaving dirty fibres to dry-out, always rinse or hand wash with bathroom soap after each use. Hang your fibre in a well ventilated area on a Santé Hook to dry. Fibres may be soaked in Letric Soda prior to washing on a 40-60ׄ° cycle and air dry.

Santé exfoliators are made from strong fibres that stimulate the skin’s surface, reaching into pores – without harsh ingredients. We recommend using light-medium pressure in a small circular motion enabling the fibres to move freely and without aggravating the skin.

While chemical cleansers can irritate and have drying and tightening results Santé works well on eczema prone skin by harnessing the soothing benefits of water, while maintaining the hydrating benefits of your skin’s natural oils.

Whilst our products were originally developed for the gentle debridement of medical abrasions, as with anything that requires medical attention, we recommend you seek medical advice before use.

If you find that waterproof or long-lasting makeup doesn’t lift easily with santé + water, add more water to the fibre and hold over the area for up to 30 seconds before wiping away. Should the fibre still need a little extra help, we suggest sourcing an organic, Fair Trade coconut oil or environmentally-friendly waterproof makeup remover oil or balm to help melt away makeup.

Yes - with a little extra caution of course. Harsh rubbing and excessive tugging should be avoided when removing makeup, and even more so if you have eyelash extensions.

Using Santé + water is a gentle, effective way to remove eye makeup and still keep you false eye lashes intact. Simply hold the wet fibre over your eyelid and lightly massage the area until clean whilst being careful not to rub across your lashes.

If you’re not totally in love with your new Santé skincare range, no worries, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

All orders have a flat delivery charge of $7.95 Australia wide. Santé does not ship internationally.

Yes, Santé will arrive in a reusable, recycled box or compostable road bag.

Your new reusable skincare routine should arrive in 7-10 working days. We ship through Australia Post and you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

You won’t be able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. However if you get in touch with our Customer Care team, they’ll happily assist.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if any product does not perform as claimed, or is damaged / faulty, Santé will replace the product or refund your money, for a period of up to 60 days (two months) after purchase. If the option of a refund is selected original frieght costs will not be refunded.
